Jean Kinnaird

British author. Appears to have written only the one pony book, a story set in Dartmoor. I do not have any other information about this author. If you know anything about her or her books I would love to hear from you.

Not reprinted at all as far as I know and is reasonably rare, especially with dust jacket, but as the author is not highly collectable copies are usually fairly cheap.
